About ADU Craft San Francisco
An ADU builder that works only in San Francisco, where the building matters as much as the yard.
Who we are
ADU Craft San Francisco designs, permits and builds accessory dwelling units for homeowners in San Francisco. We are licensed and insured, and one team handles the work from the first lot check to the final inspection.
How we work
- Lot first. Zoning, setbacks and utilities checked before any design.
- Written, itemized price. Design, permits and construction on separate lines.
- One point of contact. The same person from design to move-in.
- Inspections planned. Each stage built to pass the city inspection the first time.
Why only San Francisco?
Because the city has its own two-program system, its own tenant protections and a building stock that rewards local experience. Staying in one city keeps us current on all three.
